What it your Store Policy?
Please Read Our Policy In full. Please be sure of what you are buying before you buy it. I offer descriptions and pictures of items as clear as I can make them. I set the highest standards and expectations for the quality of my products and will never ship or sell damaged or defective goods. But if you receive the item and find that it is not to your mental expectations or that it no longer suits your needs, I apologize, but I will NOT offer any refunds. Because of the nature of the products I sell it makes it very difficult for me to accept returns because of many people's superstitions and religious beliefs regarding used, pre-owned, or returned magical goods and supplies.

Do you insure your items when shipping?
All of my items are insured by either private insurance or USPS. You must help in a claim if an item arrives broken or is lost in transit. YOU MUST take it to the post office and turn it in as damaged goods to get your money back. You cannot ship it back to me and expect me to turn it in as that makes the insurance Null and Void. I pack very well and have NEVER had anything break because of bad packing.

What types of boxes ect do you ship in?
We try to be a green store. We reuse good clean boxes and packing material when we can. This keeps our cost down and it is passed on to you. So if you get a box that has a Picture of something other than what you ordered on the outside please DON'T refuse it. Thanks

How do you calculate shipping?
We currently calculate shipping via flat rate. We do combine shipping on orders when possible. We do charge a small handling fee for supplies , which include bubblewrap, tape, boxes , envelopes and other items involved in getting your purchase to you safe.

How fast do you answer questions?
We don't live on the internet but we usually answer questions within 12 to 24 hours. Usually sooner than the 12. But cut us some slack and have patience we always answer them.

How fast do you ship items?
We will usually ship within 24 to 72 hours after payment has cleared. We do not usually ship on Saturday because of the time of our Postal Pickup. Remember delivery time is from the time we post it until it comes to your door .We have no control over Postal Delivery Times!!!

What are your shipping methods?
We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail. We do occasionally ship first class if it is a small item. On larger items it is usually USPS parcel post or UPS . We prefer UPS because of shipping speed and tracking.

Do you take PayPal?
At this time we are not accepting PayPal.
